My mission has always been the same: Help clients achieve their real estate goals while giving the highest level of customer service possible!
You will deal with me directly, never an assistant. With 25 years of real estate experience in Boulder County and Denver, I have knowledge about many different locales. Some areas in which I specialize: Downtown Boulder, University of Colorado Campus, Gunbarrel (northeast Boulder), Louisville, Lafayette (where I live), Erie, Longmont, and Highlands in northwest Denver. I work with Buyers, Sellers, Developers, Investors and I am committed to a successful transaction no matter the market conditions. Whether it is a single-family residence, condo, townhome, new construction, investment property, vacant land, or development, I pride myself on giving you the facts and an unbiased opinion, never telling you just what you want to hear.
I will work hard to sell your property, using every tool at my disposal that suits your needs. This includes an internet marketing campaign, direct mailings, professional photos, virtual tours, professional staging consultation, and knowledge in pricing the property appropriately. My goal with a buyer is to understand their wants and needs to save them time and aggravation when searching for a new home. With my understanding of the market, it can make for a pain-free and, yes, even fun experience.
After working with a wide variety of clients and projects, I think the most fun I have is working with first-time home buyers. Mapping the way through the process: from the first showing to finally sitting at the closing table, handing over the keys, and congratulating them on owning their first home is a very satisfying experience. Part of my success (#1 Top Producer at Live West Realty from 2014 to present, and in the top 100 Realtors in Boulder many times), is because I truly care.
I have lived in Colorado for many years and have loved every minute. I am blessed to have a beautiful family, my husband, Lance, Ruby, our daughter, our two sons Jonah and Tiger, and our dog’s Daisy, Woody, Pnut, and Rosie. I love it here as much as you do and if you are new to the area I know you will love it too!
